Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 per annum + Progression Training Company Benefit
We are a close‑knit, successful chartered architectural practice based in Preston, known for valuing our employees through investing in future progression opportunities and modern, sustainable designs for commercial and residential projects. We are looking for an Architectural Technologist experienced with RIBA Stages 3-6 and proficient in Revit to join our team. The role involves designing, managing the lifecycle of projects, and developing technical skills with opportunities for progression within the company.
The Role:
* Designing and working on plans with Revit
* Managing the full lifecycle of projects
* Office based in Preston
The Person:
* Architectural Technologist with a background using Revit on a day‑to‑day basis
* Commutable to Preston
