Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high:quality lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring that all learning objectives are met.
* Tailor teaching methods to support the diverse needs of your students.
* Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel safe, valued, and motivated.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and contribute to the schools positive culture.
* Communicate with parents and carers about student progress and well:being.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* A strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum, including Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
* Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to adapt your teaching approach to meet the needs of different learners.
* A commitment to fostering students personal, academic, and social development.
