What You'll Do
* Attend nationwide breakdowns and emergency call-outs, delivering rapid repairs
* Carry out servicing, inspections, and installations of overhead cranes, hoists, gantries, and lifting systems
* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural faults; apply permanent fixes or safe temporary repairs
* Complete inspection reports, service documentation, and ensure compliance with safety legislation
* Maintain strong customer service and represent the company on-site with professionalism
* Travel and overnight stays as required
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer / Crane Engineer / Mechanical-Electrical Technician
* Strong diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
* Able to work independently and handle client-facing situations confidently
* Full UK Driving Licence essential
* Flexible to travel and stay away when needed
* Safety-conscious, reliable, and solution-focused
