Whats on Offer: Bonus scheme 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with Option to buy additional days Flexible working arrangements Health and wellbeing programme Pension contribution Life assurance and family leave benefits Employee recognition schemes and awards Free on-site parking Occasional travel to other company locations About You: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent Strong experience in multi-entity and multi-currency group reporting, consolidation, and management accounting High attention to detail and commitment to accurate financial reporting Experience with financial planning and consolidation systems Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling Strong communication and presentation skills Experience in corporate governance is desirable About Your New Role: Always: Lead the group reporting function, producing consolidated management accounts and executive reporting Manage the budget and forecasting process Oversee multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation, ensuring accuracy and compliance Maintain and improve reporting systems to support financial planning Often: Provide financial analysis, variance reporting, and insight to support business decisions Manage and develop a small finance team to deliver accurate reporting on time Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and systems Occasionally: Support integration of new business units or entities into reporting Collaborate with colleagues across departments on financial projects and analysis Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership Never: Work without access to support for professional development and growth Headbutt a goat Interested?
