Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Book vehicles in for service and repairs, managing workshop capacity effectively
Provide regular progress updates to customers and gain approval for additional work
Produce accurate job cards, invoices and estimates
Identify customer needs and provide full explanations of work carried out
Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure availability of components
Actively sell after-sales services and maintenance contracts
What You'll Need
Proven experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach
Experience in automotive/service advisory role (advantageous but not essential)
