M&E Surveyor / Technical QA Surveyor – London 2-Year Fixed Term Contract We are recruiting for an experienced M&E Surveyor / Technical QA professional to support a major London-based asset data and compliance programme across a large residential property portfolio. This is a technically focused role suited to someone with a strong mechanical and electrical background who understands building services assets and is confident reviewing survey outputs, checking data accuracy, and ensuring asset information is captured correctly to the required standard. The role combines technical quality assurance, survey coordination, and support across survey delivery, with involvement in managing freelance surveyors working on the contract and assisting with recruitment as the programme grows.
