We're hiring a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a fast-growing MSP. You'll handle escalated support issues, manage core infrastructure, and work closely with senior engineers.
What you'll do:
* Resolve 2nd Line issues and support infrastructure (servers, networks, firewalls)
* Collaborate with 3rd Line teams
* (Bonus) Contribute to scripting and automation
What we're looking for:
* 2nd Line experience, ideally in an MSP
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, networking
* PowerShell or scripting is a plus
