A well-established setting in Wolverhamptonis seeking both full-time and part-time teachers to join their team from September 2025.This is an excellent opportunity for teachers with a passion for supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, challenging behaviour, and SEND.�? About the SchoolThis inclusive and supportive alternative provision caters to primary-aged pupils who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education. Many pupils have SEMH, ADHD, autism, or other additional needs. The school provides a structured, nurturing environment where pupils are supported to re-engage with learning and develop positive relationships.The school follows a trauma-informed, child-centred approach and is guided by a strong ethos of Support, Trust, Achieve, Respect (STAR).???�? Primary Teacher Responsibilities
* Teach a small class of primary pupils with SEMH and additional needs
* Deliver a flexible, creative curriculum tailored to individual EHCPs
* Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral staff
* Promote emotional regulation, resilience, and positive behaviour
* Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families
? Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in primary education, ideally in a PRU, SEMH school, or SEND setting
* Confident in managing behaviour and using de-escalation strategies
* Patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
