Office Manager
Purpose
As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for promoting and selling our premium waterproof wood and tile floors to both existing and potential customers. You focus on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and achieving your sales targets within your assigned territory across the UK.
Responsibilities and Key Result Areas
Customer relationship management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients within your region.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and support.
Sales and business development
* Promote and sell our premium waterproof wood and tile floors to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads.
* Conduct customer visits, product presentations and negotiations.
* Attend trade fairs, customer events and showroom visits.
Market and product knowledge
* Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
* Provide feedback to internal teams on market developments and product performance.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the product portfolio and its technical features.
Sales administration and reporting
* Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders and contracts.
* Ensure accurate data entry and customer information in the CRM system.
* Report on sales activities, pipeline status and market feedback to the Sales Director.
Collaboration and internal coordination
* Work closely with international colleagues from marketing, logistics and customer service to ensure smooth order handling and delivery.
* Participate in internal sales meetings and training sessions.
* Support the organisation of trade fairs, customer events and showroom visits.

Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, though not required – full training will be provided
