Finance Office Support
We are currently looking for a Finance Office Support to provide part‑time support within our Finance Office in Romford. The role will involve handling and recording cash, reconciling balances, preparing banking for collection – G4S, and supporting accurate ledger reporting. You will also assist with scanning incoming post to Casework.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle and record cash transactions accurately.
* Reconcile cash balances and prepare for collection through G4S.
* Support accurate ledger reporting.
* Scan incoming post for Casework.
Key Requirements
* Experience handling cash and basic financial processes.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Comfortable with data entry and record‑keeping.
* Trustworthy, organised, and able to follow procedures.
* Experience with finance systems such as Sage Intacct desirable but not essential.
Contract & Working Pattern
* Contract Type: Permanent/Part Time
* Working Pattern: 3 Days a Week – 5 hours per day (15 hours per week)
