GSL Education are delighted to appoint a passionate Science Teacher to support schools across the S2 and S3 areas of Sheffield. As a Science Teacher, you will deliver lessons across biology, chemistry, and physics, helping pupils build knowledge, practical skills, and critical thinking ability in science subjects. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons aligned with the curriculum. Encourage enquiry-based learning and scientific investigation. Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. Support departmental planning and school science activities. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working as a Science Teacher in a school setting. Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills. Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new one.
