Engineer/Spire Nottingham/Tollerton/Full Time/Permanent
Spire Nottingham Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an Engineer to join the team on a Full Time basis.

Duties and responsibilities:
1. To work as part of the engineering team providing a comprehensive engineering and maintenance service within the hospital, which ensures a safe environment for all Patients, Visitors, Staff and Contractors.
2. The role will require repair, maintenance or installation of all plant, equipment, systems and building structure/fabric.
3. This will consist of Planned Preventative Maintenance, testing and calibration, fault finding, defect correction and supporting the emergency on call on a rota basis.
Role:
To undertake maintenance/testing/troubleshooting of plant/equipment, ensuring compliance with current HTM recommendations / PPM Schedules and manufactures instruction, including but not limited to.

6. Ventilation System Responsibilities
7. Decontamination Responsibilities
8. Medical Gas Responsibilities
9. General Duties
Working Hours:
10. Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00
11. 1 Sunday in every 4
12. On Call Rota
Who we're looking for:
13. Served a recognised apprenticeship in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with C&G Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical field
14. Hold relevant certificates or be willing to undertake specialist training in specific areas
15. Significant experience in building services management with a track record of success
16. Extensive knowledge of building services
17. Able to prioritise demands against resources
18. Able to support hospital compliance with changing legislation
