Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a supportive mainstream primary school in Blackpool, working within a specialised provision that supports children with complex needs and Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The Role
You will:
Support small groups of pupils with a range of complex needs, including communication difficulties, sensory needs, ASD, SEMH, and learning delays.
Work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to deliver tailored interventions.
Provide emotional regulation support, encouraging independence and confidence.
Assist with personalised learning plans and adapted curriculum activities.
Create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment for all children.
The Ideal Candidate
We would love to hear from you if you have:
Experience supporting children with SEN or complex needs (school or care background considered).
A calm, patient and resilient approach.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
