Role: Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Accountant to assist them for 3 months. You will be responsible for following duties: Manage statutory and group accounts for Spain, France, and Portugal. Prepare 3-month cash forecasts and reconcile Accounts Payable. Review invoices on hold and maintain prepayment/deposit accounts. Run monthly payroll with HR and providers; ensure timely compliance. Record and reconcile payroll entries; support annual reporting. Ensure tax compliance (VAT, SII, CIT, Intrastat); act as main contact for tax advisors and authorities. Reconcile intercompany balances and maintain Local GAAP ledgers aligned with US GAAP. Support audits, tax computations, and inspections. Drive process improvements and automation in accounting and reporting. Manage month-end close: journals, reconciliations, updates, and narratives Profile: The successful, temporary Accountant will be part qualified and be fluent in either French or Spanish. You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role. Client: Our client are a leading Tech Company based in London.
