The Role As Head of Family, you'll lead the department while managing your own prestigious caseload. Day-to-day you'll be: Managing complex, high net worth matrimonial matters with assets worth several millions Handling sophisticated financial provision cases including business assets, pensions, family trusts, TOLATA cases and pre/post nuptial agreements Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations Leading, mentoring and developing the family law team Driving business development and building strategic relationships with clients and referrers Overseeing departmental performance, budgeting and profitability The Firm The firm's approach is guided by three core values: Supportive, Dynamic, Exceptional.
