We are looking for Part-Time Support Workers to join Holt Community Hub. Our service offers day service and vital support for individuals with learning disabilities. If you're proactive, compassionate, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you
No experience? No problem We'll provide full training to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
Support individuals with learning disabilities in achieving their personal goals
Facilitate participation in creative sessions and activities
Assist with developing and maintaining independent living skills
Encourage and promote the development of positive relationships
Work a flexible rota
