Hours: 6am - 2.30pm Monday to Thursday, 6am - 1pm Friday Starting Rate: £13.13 (OTE Earnings £30,500) Location: Warrington (WA1) Our Client has a permanent opportunity to join their long established manufacturing business. You will be required to work away from home mid-week from April through to June and work away full time for 5 weeks from the last week in June through to the end of July. Accomodation is arranged by the Company. ROLE PURPOSE To support the manufacture, cleaning, repair, installation, and removal of ground covers and associated equipment. The role is split between factory-based manufacturing during the off-season and on-site installation work during the peak season. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Clean, repair, and manufacture covers Operate hot air welders Inspect and repair damaged covers Assist with cutting, finishing, wrapping, and dispatch. Record activity on company computer system. Maintain housekeeping. Install and remove covers and accessories on site. Load, transport, and unload equipment safely Work outdoors in varying conditions Represent the company professionally onsite Support colleagues across operations Flexible working hours, overtime, and nights away Standard hours: 39 per week SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Manufacturing or labouring experience Strong health & safety awareness Team player with flexible approach Able to work unsupervised after training Full UK driving licence with clean record Full equipment and product training will be given along with progression to become a skilled operator / Senior Installer.
