Life assurance cover Long service recognition Active local social committees Regular social events About the role… As an Operations Support Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in providing essential administrative and compliance support to Ipsum’s operational business units as part of the Group Operational Support Team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of support services while completing an approved Business Administration apprenticeship, developing the skills and knowledge needed to begin a successful career in operations. As an Operations Support Apprentice you will… Book internal and external training and update company systems Issue tools, equipment, and PPE to operatives and record allocations Input audit and inspection data onto company systems Support general office tasks such as post, stock replenishment, and greeting visitors Scan, print, and upload training, ID, and authorisation documents Maintain and update business and team documentation Keep database information up to date across systems and portals Assist colleagues in the Operations Support Team when needed Complete all study and development required for the apprenticeship About you… You’ll be someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates confidently across phone, email and Teams, and takes pride in making improvements. Self‑motivated and customer‑focused, you can spot where your support will help colleagues and are comfortable working on your own initiative. You’ll be proficient in Microsoft Office, with SharePoint knowledge and previous admin experience being an advantage.
