A leading Service Provider is looking for a dynamic Bid Coordinator to drive and manage high-impact tendering opportunities across key public sector and commercial frameworks. This is a vital role that ensures every bid is compliant, competitive, and commercially aligned with business growth objectives.

The Opportunity…
As Bid Coordinator, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of bids – from tracking opportunities to final submission and handover into delivery. Working across departments, you'll gather technical input, coordinate timelines, and ensure every submission meets client, compliance, and strategic needs. You’ll also support project mobilisation and post-award activity, making sure the transition from bid to delivery is seamless.
What You’ll Be Doing…
* Track and manage opportunities through public sector procurement portals (CCS, DPS, etc.)
* Coordinate end-to-end bid submissions, including PQQs/SQQs, ensuring timely, accurate responses
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical and commercial input
* Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on pipeline activity and bid outcomes
* Support project mobilisation by ensuring procurement, subcontractor, and compliance requirements are in place
* Engage directly with clients post-award to support communications, deliverables, and milestone tracking
* Manage supporting documentation for subcontractors, NEC4 contracts, and payment applications
* Lead lessons-learned reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in bid and delivery processes
* Provide commercial admin support and assist senior leadership with ad-hoc coordination tasks
What You’ll Bring…
* Demonstrable experience managing complex tenders and procurement activities under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with top-notch attention to detail
* Familiarity with public sector procurement frameworks and regulations (e.g. CCS, DPS)
* Skilled in coordinating input from multiple departments and managing bid deadlines
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and Google Workspace
* Organised, analytical, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset
