Responsibilities:
Perform daily health assessments on residents and monitor vital signs.
Administer prescribed medications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with wound care, including dressing changes and assessment.
Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, feeding, and mobility.
Develop and update individualized care plans for each resident.
Communicate with residents' families to provide updates and answer any questions.
Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.
Requirements:Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in Illinois.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting preferred.
Skills:
Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric care.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
