Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced warehouse environments? We’re hiring a Shipping Supervisor to lead a small team (5–10 direct reports) on 1st shift for a growing company known for its strong culture and commitment to quality. This direct-hire opportunity is perfect for someone with prior supervisory experience in shipping or warehouse operations.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage daily outbound orders and oversee team workflows
* Supervise the use of shipping software (Ship Hawk, UPS, FedEx, USPS)
* Conduct quality control spot checks and ensure compliance with safety policies
* Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to streamline inventory flow and hit daily/weekly goals
* Coach, develop, and review team performance (full-time and seasonal staff)
* Run regular team meetings and shift allocations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years of leadership experience in shipping/warehouse settings
* Strong people management, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on-site full time
* Forklift experience required
* High school diploma or equivalent
