With that in mind, you will provide regular support to our Recruitment Advisors by posting online job vacancies, screening candidate profiles, and scheduling interviews and testing etc quickly, so that we don't miss out on great talent. You'll have ownership for the 'recruitment' and 'onboarding' inboxes, and will take pride in keeping it clean, tidy and responsive. If you've used an applicant tracking systems (ATS) before that would be great, as would exposure to other recruitment software and social media. Like any business we use a range of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software. We can train you on any of these area, but if you're used to it that's always going to help. The key to success in this role is communication - things don't always go to plan, everyone knows that, but letting someone know really helps manage expectations. You will know you are doing well in your role because people don't have to chase you for updates, you'll have got on the front foot and informed them first. Non-negotiable's in the role is that you need to be organised and have great attention to smaller details. Without those skills you won't enjoy the tasks we're asking you to own.
