As part of our frontline team, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the Home, assisting with activities of daily living ensuring the wellbeing and comfort of residents. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A good standard of oral and written English. A non-judgemental approach to others. Excellent communication skills with the compassion required to deliver high-quality care to our residents. Respectful to not only residents but the values and beliefs of other team members. Desired CriteriaEducated to QCF/ NVQ Level 2 is desirable, but not essential.
