The Opportunity:
A leading law firm is seeking a Head of Innovation to shape and drive its approach to technology, digital transformation, and modern legal service delivery. This is a strategic senior leadership role focused on identifying opportunities to enhance how legal services are delivered, improve efficiency, and create long-term value through innovation.
You will play a central role in embedding forward-thinking practices across the firm, ensuring it remains agile and responsive in a rapidly evolving legal and technological landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and lead the firm’s innovation and digital strategy, with a focus on practical, scalable solutions
* Champion the use of emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance legal service delivery and business operations
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and client experience through innovation
* Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement
* Work closely with partners and senior stakeholders to align innovation initiatives with business priorities
* Translate market trends and technological developments into actionable initiatives
* Oversee the development and delivery of new tools, products, and ways of working
* Establish frameworks to evaluate the impact and value of innovation activity
* Collaborate across legal, operational, and business services teams to drive adoption and change
About You:
