Job description Head Chefs are required near Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk for a permanent position START ASAP We will be offering you a salary of up to £30,000 - 35,000 per annum. On site parking with 24/7 support service. As a head chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation, from menu creation and food preparation to staff management and inventory control. You will need to be a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional with a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes. Requirements: Make sure kitchen operation goes according to rules and regulations Responsible of preparation methods and presentation of all foods and plates according to preparation standards and recipes Constant research for improving cooking techniques, preservation, food presentation, wastage Make sure kitchen staff completes all assigned tasks and conduct regular spot-checks Make sure restaurant meets all regulations including sanitary and safety guidelines Take reservations from management and manage preparations accordingly Daily, weekly & monthly reporting of kitchen related issues to management In return we offer: Salary of up to £30,000 - 35,000 per annum PPE & Uniform provided.
