**Key Responsibilities**
1. Drive short term rental revenue by identifying and converting rental opportunities across key sectors.
2. Manage inbound and outbound sales activity, including customer quotes, negotiations, and contract closure.
3. Support development of regional rental campaigns and tactical fleet promotions.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new STR customers.
5. Ensure high levels of service responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience in capital equipment, plant hire, or MHE rental sales.
* Experience in short term rental commercial environments with high-velocity fleet turnover.
* Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
* Excellent relationship-building and account management capabilities.
