We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Bodyshop Manager to lead our passionate team and drive excellence in automotive repair.

What you'll be doing as a Bodyshop Manager with our Client:
15. Support all site staff to achieve and improve
16. Efficiently manage the site and look to drive the business forwards
17. Follow processes to meet quality and efficiency goals
18. Collaborate to enhance customer satisfaction
19. Provide backup support for the Estimator (VDA) and Quality Control in the absence of the Workshop Controller
What's required from you? Our client expects from their Bodyshop Manager:
20. Previous Accident Repair Centre experience in a similar role is essential
21. ATA or IMI Level 3 in vehicle damage assessment is a plus, but not mandatory
22. Audatex experience is essential
23. Exceptional attention to detail
24. Strong team motivation skills
25. Full UK driving license
