Role Description
We are seeking an Aftermarket Sales Representative based in York for a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting aftermarket products and services. The role involves recognizing customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and achieving defined sales targets. Developing quotes, following up on inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction are also key aspects of this position. Ensuring clients' needs are met with superior service and innovative solutions will be a focal point of the role.
Qualifications
* Sales and customer relationship-building skills with experience in B2B sales or industrial sectors.
* Understanding of aftermarket solutions, product knowledge of material handling equipment, and warehouse solutions is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple clients and priorities efficiently.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software, with a good grasp of MS Office tools.
* Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the North East region.
* Prior experience in the material handling, logistics, or industrial equipment industry is a plus.
