We are building conferences that bring together the people shaping the future of banking. We are looking for someone who can help take the content and ideas behind those events to the next level.
This role sits at the heart of our business.
You will help define the themes, debates and stories that matter most to banking leaders right now, and turn them into programmes that people genuinely want to be part of.
What This Actually Is
Part conference producer, part content strategist.
You will bring the craft of building a strong programme by identifying the right topics, the right speakers and the right conversations.
You will also bring the vision to push the content further. To ask better questions. To shape debates that feel fresh, relevant and worth showing up for.
You will own the editorial direction of our events and work closely with senior figures across banking, fintech and technology to shape the programme.
You will also be a visible part of the experience by chairing sessions, interviewing industry leaders and helping bring real energy to the room.
What You’ll Do
Own the editorial direction of our conferences and identify the themes, debates and stories the banking world needs to be having.
Build relationships with senior leaders across banking, fintech and technology to secure high-quality speakers.
Establish and manage advisory boards to help shape our programmes.
Create content that works both on stage and in marketing, including interviews, thought leadership and campaign hooks.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure the programme attracts the right audience and supports commercial growth.
Chair panels and discussions with authority and warmth.

Who You Are
You are comfortable shaping ideas as well as organising them.
You know how to spot the conversations an industry should be having and how to turn those into a compelling programme.
You are confident building relationships with senior people and bringing them into the process.
You are a strong communicator who is comfortable:
• on stage
• on camera
• in a room full of senior executives
You are also commercially aware and understand that great content and strong business outcomes go hand in hand.
Your background will include experience in conference production, along with possible experience in journalism, editorial, consulting, research or industry leadership.
What matters most is that you understand how to create conversations that people want to be part of.
Location & Working Pattern
This role is fully remote.
The successful candidate will attend our events in the UK and US, as well as occasional team gatherings.
Aside from that, you will have the flexibility to work remotely.
We are open to full-time, part-time or freelance arrangements for the right person.
Compensation
Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
£50,000 – £65,000 base salary depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus.
