We're continuing to grow across the East Midlands and are now looking for a Central Parts Advisor to join our team in Peterborough.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Central Parts Advisor, you'll support multiple Steer sites by sourcing and managing parts supply to keep our repair teams working efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing and procuring parts quickly and cost-effectively from approved and alternative suppliers
* Negotiating competitive terms to maximise margins and minimise downtime
* Managing lead times and keeping site teams updated on ETAs and supplier issues
* Providing solutions when parts are delayed or unavailable
* Building strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best deals
* Supporting onsite Parts Advisors with technical queries and complex sourcing
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive repair or bodyshop industry
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of OEM and aftermarket parts sourcing
* Experience with systems such as Audatex, Pinnacle, or similar
* Confident communicator with a proactive, solution-focused approach
* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
