South Norfolk and Broadland Council are on the lookout for new team members for their popular Kids Camp. If you're outgoing, energetic, and have a passion for helping young people develop their cognitive skills, confidence, health, and wellbeing whilst having fun, then read on!
In this highly interactive role, your primary responsibility will be to focus on the young people at all times, ensuring their Health & Safety in line with Kids Camp policies and procedures, maintaining Ofsted standards. You will welcome leaders and introduce them to the children, caring for and encouraging those who may be nervous.
About You
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to young people and adults. Ideally you will have experience of working with the public in a friendly and approachable manner, together with the ability to work innovatively in organising activities. You should have experience of working with the public in a public and friendly manner, with the ability to innovatively organise activities. Experience of working with a wide range of children and young people is desirable.
