* Job Title: Registered Manager - Children's Home
* Location: Leyland, Preston
* Salary: Up to £62,000 per year
* Working Hours: Full-time
* Service: Children's Home
* Service Users: YPs with EBD
* Qualifications Required: Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
* Experience in Years Required: 1+ year as Registered Manager (preferred), or significant Deputy Manager experience ready to step up

An experienced and driven Registered Manager, or a confident Deputy Manager ready to step up, with a proven track record of delivering quality care and compliance within Ofsted-regulated children's homes. You'll be passionate, resilient, and capable of leading a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.
Who you will be working for…
Medium-sized children's residential care provider with 100+ permanent staff and over 15 homes across the region. Homes include a mix of solo, dual, and 3-bed placements supporting young people with EBD and LD.
