Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior to support the UK Medical Devices Team to coordinate & support the process for Technical Documentation Reviews & monitor KPI reports and coordinate resultant actions as needed.
* To manage the processes related to Technical Documentation (TD) reviews
* Assisting with management of complaints
* Enhance customer relationships especially for Key Clients by supporting client calls and attending client meetings as required
* Raise purchase orders for invoicing clients
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has practical experience of Medical Device Regulations or Auditing Regulations and has worked to a high level of technical documentation control
You will also have the following:
* Proven experience of working in an office environment
* High level of computer literacy inusing MS Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point Teams) &databases
* Minimum ofNVQ 3in Customer Service and/or Administration
* Experience of producing professional written communications
