Administration Assistant
Merry Hill Office - DY5
* Full time, permanent Monday – Friday (36 hours per week)
* £12.21 per hour

The Role
Our client is seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join their busy Contentious Department at their Merry Hill office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional legal setting, supporting the team with a wide range of administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team
* Handling incoming and outgoing post and correspondence
* Answering telephone calls and assisting with client enquiries
* Preparing legal documents and forms
* Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
* Scanning, photocopying, and filing documents accurately
