Salary: £110,000 – £150,000 basic- depending on experience + performance bonus + benefits (car, healthcare, executive package)

The Opportunity
As Country Manager UK, you will be the face of the group in the UK and play a pivotal role in establishing, building, and scaling their presence. This is not a maintenance role – it’s an entrepreneurial challenge for an ambitious leader ready to build something from the ground up.
You will:
* Launch the first UK branch in London and develop the national footprint.
* Act as the legal representative of the company in the UK, overseeing administrative, banking, and regulatory setup.
* Drive commercial growth: winning clients, attracting talent, and building trusted partnerships.
* Recruit, inspire, and lead a team as the business scales across the UK.
* Leverage the strong operational, financial, and brand support of the French headquarters, while shaping the UK strategy with full autonomy.
Who We’re Looking For
This role is designed for a seasoned leader in the staffing industry who is ready for their next big challenge.
You are likely today a:
* Regional Director, Operations Director, or Managing Director..... at a staffing group
* With at least 5 years’ senior leadership experience in temporary staffing and recruitment.
* Known for your entrepreneurial drive, commercial acumen, and ability to build a client/candidate network from day one.
* Ready to be the front face of a fast-growing international group entering the UK market.
* Able to navigate the legal, compliance, and administrative frameworks of establishing a new entity.
* Someone with a strong network of clients, colleagues, and candidates – and the confidence to bring them on this journey.

Requirements
Candidate Profile Ideally a graduate from a business or HR-related discipline with 1-2 years of experience in the recruitment or search field, but any experience in a commercial role will also be considered. It is essential that you are fluent in English, French and/or German with excellent communication skills.
