Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a HHSRS Property Inspector to work within Rotherham Met Borough Council. We are looking for professional officers to inspect residential dwellings within a Selective Licensing scheme to the HHSRS. Contractors to be HHSRS qualified and have a minimum of 2 years recent housing enforcement inspection and local authority experience in the private housing sector. The contract has the potential to deliver 600 inspections.

Rate:
£85 per inspection PAYE
£106.32 per inspection Umbrella

Hours :
The Contractor will be allocated multiple inspection addresses and can work at any time from 8am to 10pm by appointment. Non appointment visits can only be attempted between 9am and 6pm.
Applicant Requirements:
Experience: 2 years’ experience in a similar role or local authority experience in the private housing sector.
Qualifications: HHSRS Qualified.
Compliance: 2 years references & Enhanced DBS
Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
