We're looking for an inspirational and talented Sous Chef to join a high-performing kitchen team at a prestigious financial institution in Central London. This is a retail-only, free-issue site delivering exceptional, high-quality street food and world-inspired dishes in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

The Role
As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Executive Chef & Head Chef, supporting the management of a large brigade and helping to drive creativity, consistency, and excellence across all food offers. You'll play a key role in menu development, live cooking sessions, and ensuring every dish reflects your passion for authentic, world-inspired cuisine.
You'll also take the lead in:
* Inspiring, developing, and motivating a large kitchen team
* Ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Maintaining the highest standards of food presentation, taste, and safety
* Bringing energy and innovation to a street food-focused menu that excites and engages customers
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef in contract catering or a similar quality-led environment
* Extensive knowledge of world cuisines and a strong understanding of modern food trends
* A genuine passion for food, flavour, and creativity
* Proven man-management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a large team
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
