Summary The Administrative Coordinator Facilities is an integral part of Engineering & Maintenance operations, responsible for assigning facilities work requests to appropriate department resources and supporting the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as well as the end users that utilize it. In addition, this role provides general administrative support to department leadership and the overall office workflow by assisting with monitoring budget, maintaining schedules, record retention, process documentation, and other routine activities. Minimum Education High School diploma or equivalent. AS degree or other post-secondary vocational training in relevant field preferred. Minimum Work Experience 2 years experience in office environment. Experience working for a dispatch service, industrial shop or facilities environment highly desirable. Prior experience working with a computerized work order system preferred Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Demonstrated strong business writing skills with emphasis on format, grammar, and structure. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) Demonstrated strong customer service skills. Strong verbal and listening communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments. Pay Range: $19.29 - $28.50 COMPETITIVE DIFFERENTIALS RATES o $4.25 - Evenings o $8.00 - Nights o $4.75 - Weekends
