Role Overview:
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable systems that support mission-critical applications. You'll work on greenfield projects, collaborate across multiple departments including development, IT, and trading teams, and ensure the seamless operation of systems in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Architect and implement reliable systems to support the firm’s trading infrastructure.
* Proactively manage infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance.
* Collaborate with development, IT, and trading teams to drive automation and continuous improvements.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance systems.
Required Experience:
* 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE environment.
* Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Ruby, or Perl.
* Strong experience with Linux system administration.
* Hands-on experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, and the ELK stack.
* Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and GCP.
