We’re hiring on behalf of a major player in the gaming ecosystem - a platform powered by tens of millions of users and built on community-created content. With growth accelerating and product modernisation well underway, they’re now looking for a commercially-minded heavyweight to lead their revenue strategy from the front.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the economics of UGC platforms and digital marketplaces at scale. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, product, partnerships, and growth, owning the big questions around monetisation, pricing, user value, and long-term sustainability.
You’ll bring structure, insight, and commercial sharpness to a hugely ambitious business. It’s not just about making more money - it’s about doing it in a way that makes sense for users, creators, and the platform as a whole.
What we’re looking for:
* Senior-level experience in revenue leadership roles at UGC or marketplace platforms
* A strong strategic and financial brain, with a bias toward action and experimentation
* Proven ability to design and implement new monetisation models
* Confidence working closely with product, data, partnerships, and exec teams
* Commercial creativity backed by rigorous thinking
* Comfortable balancing revenue growth with user trust and platform health
* Experience in the gaming world is helpful, but not required
