Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM
* Friday: 8:15 AM - 4:15 PM (alternate Fridays)

Your Role and Responsibilities
As our Lead Dental Nurse, you will:
* Lead and inspire a dedicated team of dental professionals.
* Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and manage audits effectively.
* Oversee reception duties and staff rotas.
* Update patient records with precision.
* Set up decontamination of instruments to maintain a safe environment.
* Provide clinical chair-side support to our dentists.
* Engage in some reception duties as needed.

* GDC Registered with a strong background in dental nursing.
* Confident in leading a team and ensuring high standards of care.
* Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a great customer focus.
