Essential and Desirable Criteria
Essential criteria
1. RN and evidence of continuing professional development
2. Substantial clinical and managerial experience as a band 6 and above
3. Able to demonstrate application of evidence based practice in rheumatology
Desirable criteria
4. Competent IT skills including email, power point, excel, word
5. Able to demonstrate application of cultural and social differences and relevance to client group
6. Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills

7. Highly developed communication skills and ability to convey complex information and sensitive information to others
8. Demonstrates skill in teaching and supervision of students and carers
9. Able to demonstrate clinical knowledge, skills and expertise on the management of patients within the Rheumatology service

10. Experience in taking medical histories and completing episodes of patient care
11. Demonstrate understanding of principles and practice Clinical Governance e.g. Risk Management
