About the role
Claimont Health offers a Nursing Assistant position supporting a client with spinal injury and complex health needs in the community. The role can be full‑time, part‑time, or bank staff.
Main duties
* Provide domiciliary home care for clients with spinal injury.
* Deliver person‑centred care and support client and family members.
* Maintain professional boundaries within the home setting.
* Apply flexibility, maturity, independence and highest professional standards.
* Deliver client‑specific care and adapt approach to meet client needs.
Qualifications & experience
* ≥1 year as a Complex Care Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant with experience of people with spinal injury.
* NVQ Level 3 or 4 related subjects; or nursery nurse qualification or similar.
* Diploma in relevant health/social subject.
* Experience in complex care, including tracheostomy care, ventilation management, medication administration.
* Knowledge of Information Governance, Data Protection, Care certificate standards and safeguarding.

* Empathy, compassion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Attention to detail and pride in presentation.
Compensation & benefits
Competitive rate £16 per hour. Support and motivation from clinical and operations teams. Reporting to the Complex Care Lead Nurse.
