About the Support Hub:
The Support Hub helps people affected by long-term health conditions (patients and carers) manage the practical aspects of living with a chronic condition, aiming to improve wellbeing and quality of life. The team works to transform patient and staff experiences, positively changing lives.
It aims to reduce health inequalities by addressing wider determinants of health, such as finances and housing—areas that can impact health outcomes and recovery.
The team supports NHS and Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust staff, stepping in where they lack the time or expertise.
About the Charity:
The Royal Free Charity is entering a significant period of development.
Our vision is for everyone served by RFL to access world-class healthcare, delivered by a thriving workforce, driven by impactful medical research. We support 17,000 RFL staff and their two million patients across Barnet, Chase Farm, North Mid, and Royal Free hospitals, along with over 30 NHS services.
Through our services, programs, and funding, we make a meaningful and immediate difference to patients' care experiences.
