Location: Romford
OTE up to £60,000 (uncapped earnings)
£2,500 welcome bonus for new Technicians
Hours: Hours - Monday - Friday 45 hours 08.00 - 18.00 1 in 4 Saturdays

Your day-to-day as a Vehicle Technician
* Complete vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standards
* Diagnose faults and inspect key components with accuracy
* Deliver clear and professional technical advice to customers when required
* Provide outstanding service, building trust and repeat business
* Work closely with the reception and workshop teams for smooth daily operations
* Support and mentor other Vehicle Technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise
What were looking for
* NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Strong eye for detail with the ability to meet efficiency targets
* Team-focused, with great communication skills
* Valid UK driving licence
* MOT licence is an advantage, but not essential
