A growing accountancy practice in Nottingham is seeking a fully qualified Practice Accountant to join its dynamic and client-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant looking to take the next step within a forward-thinking firm offering exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors.
The Role
* Preparation and review of statutory accounts and financial statements
* Overseeing bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, and compliance work
* Supporting and contributing to audit assignments and advisory projects
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
* Providing technical support and guidance where required
About You
* Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA)
* Strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional and commercial approach
* Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
* Experience within practice is highly desirable
