What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified HLTA status (or equivalent) with relevant experience in primary education.
* Confidence in delivering lessons, supporting class teachers, and working independently with small groups.
* A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and a passion for nurturing young learners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Valid DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons in collaboration with teachers.
* Leading small group sessions and delivering interventions to boost pupil progress.
* Supporting the classroom environment to ensure all children feel included and supported.
* Providing tailored assistance to children with additional needs, where required.
