Chef de partie and sous chef required for a fresh food kitchen in the Norwich. chef de partie is £30-32k and sous chef 37-38k. If your a fresh food kitchen background chef we are keen to speak to you.
The role;
As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, you will ensure your section is ready for service and cook in service.
For the sous chef role you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen. you will also run the key section in the kitchen and cook in service
experience
we are looking for chefs with great knife skills. The chef de partie and sous chef roles need previous experience as a chef de partie or sous chef.
