Join Our Team as a Dental Receptionist
* Location: Tonbridge
* Salary: From 12.21 per hour onwards(Competitive – experience matters, but we're also happy to train the right person)
* Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
* Schedule: 2-3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
* Hours: 08:30 – 17:30

About Us
Smile Dental Care are a privately-owned Family run Company set up by an Associate Dentist in 1993, who has a passion to provide a positive working culture throughout the company. We currently have 47 Practices running across the UK from the Scotland all the way down to Devon & Cornwall, we also look to open between 3 – 5 New Practices every Year. Our plan at Smile Dental Care is not to become the largest, but to continue to support and develop our practices and their teams.
What You'll Be Doing
* Greeting patients and visitors with a big smile and a friendly hello
* Helping patients book and manage their appointments (don't worry—we'll train you)
* Answering calls and emails, offering top-notch customer service
* Handling mail, deliveries, and keeping our reception area looking welcoming
* Assisting with admin tasks across different departments when needed
* Providing information about our dental treatments and services (no experience in dental- don't worry We will train you)
* Keeping things secure and ensuring all visitors sign in properly
Who We're Looking For
You will be very successful at this role if you're;
* Someone who LOVES working with people and has great communication skills
* A quick learner who stays calm and collected in a fast-paced environment
* Confident at learning new technical terms and relying them to patients
* Super organised with a keen eye for detail
* A positive team player who's also happy working independently
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office equipment
Bonus points if you've worked in a receptionist or customer-facing role before—but if you're friendly, reliable, and eager to learn, we'd still love to hear from you
