What you will be doing
as a Water Interruption Coordinator?
1. Research and analyse data to verify and report on supply interruption events for OFWAT reporting.
2. Provide reports and presentations, collecting and analysing complex technical data with expert commentary, advice and recommendations, as appropriate
3. Design and deliver elements of technical solutions, as directed. Development and publication of standards and processes. Audit against existing process and standards.
4. Support and coach less experienced colleagues to contribute to the development of the team or client department.
5. Manage the delivery of small projects.
6. Support the department by liaising or attending meetings with key internal and external stakeholders, as required.
To thrive in this role, the essential criteria you’ll need is:

8. Experience in providing detailed technical solutions.
9. High attention to detail.
10. Good communication skills and proactive in approach.
11. Fully competent at using the appropriate Company IT systems and Office software.
